SUMMARY AND EXPLANATION

RDE (II) “SEIKEN” is used in the HI test for the influenzae virus in order to eliminate the nonspecific hemagglutination inhibitors existing in a serum specimen by using an RDE (Receptor Destroying Enzyme) produced from Vibrio Cholerae Ogawa type 558.
